Your flight itinerary should align with the official conference dates. If you plan to travel outside these dates, please get in touch with us beforehand to confirm eligibility.

The event organizers will cover the night before and the night of the conference day(s) you are attending or speaking. If you wish to stay additional nights, please contact us in advance for approval.

• For those travelling from Germany: EUR 600
• For those travelling within Europe: EUR 1,000
• For those travelling from outside Europe: EUR 2,500

Unless otherwise indicated in the programme, presentations are limited to 15 min. To ensure sufficient time for the joint panel discussion at the end of each session, speakers are kindly asked to limit their presentation to 14 min and focus on two to three key messages, concepts or data points. An electronic timer will be available. Session chairs may intervene if presentations exceed the allocated time.

There will be no questions immediately following individual presentations. At the end of each session, all speakers will join the stage for a moderated panel discussion led by the session chair. Questions from participants may be incorporated into the discussion. Session chairs may arrange a short preparatory meeting with speakers prior to the conference to align on the session flow and discussion topics.

• Slide aspect ratio: 16:9.
• Slide template: there is no mandatory slide template. However, for optimal compatibility, we recommend a clean and simple slide design with minimal background graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Cover slide: A standard RExPO26 cover slide may be added to all presentations by the conference organizers.

I’m excited to announce I am speaking at #RExPO26 in Berlin this September – the 5th international conference on Systems Medicine, AI and Drug Repurposing, organised by the EU-funded initiative @REPO4EU. In my talk, I will present (add title of your talk here, or a summary of the topic +  consider tagging other authors involved in your research and your organisation, if relevant).
