If your abstract is selected by our editorial committee, you’ll have the chance to participate in either our Main Talks or dedicated Poster Sessions.

OFFICIAL PUBLICATIONS

All selected abstracts and presentations will be published under a unique DOI in the RExPO26 online collection on the Drug Repurposing Central portal.

OUR ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

All submissions will be carried out through our platform at ScienceOpen. Read on to learn how you can submit your abstract – all proposals will be considered for our dedicated Poster Sessions and some will be selected to be featured as Main Talks.

Only registered users can submit – make sure you are logged in before starting the submission process!

STEP 1

PREPARE YOUR SUBMISSION

Shape your conference submission according to the conference key topics. You’ll need to provide a brief abstract, keywords and references for your proposal.

STEP 2

START THE SUBMISSION PROCESS

Once your abstract is ready, follow the link below to our submission platform on Drug Repurposing Central. Click on the button in the header labeled “Submit your conference proceedings” to navigate to the submission form. Fill in all the required fields. Don’t forget to include the ORCID IDs of your co-authors, ROR IDs for affiliations and grant IDs and numbers.

STEP 3

YOUR ABSTRACT IS UNDER REVIEW

Abstracts will be carefully reviewed by our editorial team. Some of them may be selected as Main Talks for RExPO26 and added to our final agenda. All others will be showcased during our dedicated Poster Sessions.

STEP 4

GET READY FOR RExPO26

If your abstract is accepted, congratulations! The organizing committee will reach out to you to give you all the necessary details to make your RExPO26 experience a success!

THE RULES

ABOUT PRESENTING AUTHORS

Presenting authors for selected talks and/or posters are required to attend the conference in person and be available in time for the scheduled slot allocated to their talk and/or poster presentation.

REGARDING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Authors agree that their personal data (name and email address) will be temporarily stored, processed and used for the purpose of organizing the conference and managing poster abstract submissions. Personal data will be promptly deleted after the conference. Authors have the right to object to such use or processing of personal data at any time, by emailing their objection to rexpo@repo4.eu

Please note: late submissions received after the deadline may be considered, but only if the topics proposed in the abstract are perceived as highly valuable towards the conference.
